IMPLEMENTATION TIPS
Spread the gel on the baby's tummy. Gently touch your palm and move it down 5-6 times. Hold the baby's knees bent towards his chest for a few seconds to remove any gas. Continue with a gentle circular massage in a clockwise direction (clockwise). Repeat the above steps as many times as necessary.
Cold soles increase the chance of abdominal pain. Gentle massage on the soles is also recommended. Massage during the hours when the baby is not suffering and is not irritated.
